In k5net we build the tools that makes life easier for experts in their fields to annotate their digital artefacts and share their knowledge about them with the world. The project develops annotating tools that make it easier for experts to add their knowledge about digital objects. With the help of AI generative tools knowledge layers about digital artefacts are generated and offered for review to reduce the cost for generating and maintaining the quality of the generated knowledge documentation.
